While it is unclear exactly
which modeling photo shoot was officially Gia's final, these are confirmed
photos from some of Gia's last photo shoots.
By 1983, Gia couldn't get modeling work in
the U.S., and ended up taking jobs in Germany, Greece, Brasil, Russia and
other foreign countries.
It's saddening to see Gia bloated with a look in her eyes that says "Gia
has left the building". Less than three years after these photos
were taken, Gia would be dead of AIDS.
